These handmade earrings are made with hand forged brass, sterling silver and abalone doublet stones. A doublet is made from a thin layer of abalone shell layered in between faceted layers of quartz crystal, the facets in the crystal enhance and diffuse the color of the shell, this particular stone is a deep, royal blue.
